Sharikon Baroi Rushd, or Partners for Development, is a public organization based in Tajikistan. With over a decade of experience, we provide consulting services for national and international stakeholders, focusing on climate resilience, sustainable development, and private sector growth.
To enhance the livelihoods of communities by promoting climate adaptation and resilience, sustainable practices, and innovative solutions for socio-economic development.
The main goal of the Public Organization “Partners for Development” is to increase the level of knowledge and capacity of rural communities, small farms, and livestock farmers to fight against climate change and thus improve the well-being of the population in the sub-target districts and their resilience to climate change in the Kofarnihon River basin. Currently, within the framework of the project “Integrated Landscape Method to Strengthen Resilience to Climate Change Among Small Farmers and Livestock Breeders in Tajikistan,” trainings are planned in the districts of the Kofarnihon River basin in December 2022 and January 2023.
The Public Organization “Partners for Development” is based in Tajikistan and works to raise awareness of environmental protection, especially among young people. We have significant experience in implementing projects for UN agencies, regional development banks, government institutions, and public and private companies. For instance, in 2019-2020, we implemented five projects with UNICEF in Tajikistan. The organization has nine permanent employees and a large number of experts in areas such as climate change, private sector development, small and medium entrepreneurship, monitoring and evaluation, research, and political consulting.
The Public Organization “Partners for Development” boasts the best specialists in the fields of climate change and adaptation to its adverse consequences, economy, and business. The organization is expanding its cooperation to ensure the successful development of its projects.
